Responsibility
FlexInfoNet is responsible for the safety and for keeping all transferred information confidential when using a credit card at FlexInfoNet. It is also the responsibility of FlexInfoNet to enable the customer to download the purchased files as soon as the payment is approved.
FlexInfoNet shall not be liable for any of the following three types of loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the website or any content and/or facilities (Lean-tools) provided via the website:
Any loss of profits, loss of earnings, loss of anticipated savings, goodwill or revenue.
Any loss or corruption of data.
Any indirect or consequential loss.
Delivery of files
As soon as the payment is approved an email is sent to the customer. Purchased files can be downloaded via a link in this mail. The email address is entered in the shopping process.
FlexInfoNet is not responsible for the internet connection and safety level at the customer's connection.
FlexInfoNet uses updated virus protection, but is still not responsible for any virus attack when downloading files.
Prices, currency and VAT
The default currency is USD. Use the drop down menu at the top to see prices in other currencies.

All prices include VAT. VAT is also paid by non-EU citizens.
All prices include any transaction costs from the selling part. Any additional costs on the customers side is the customers responsibility.
Payment with credit cards
The following credit cards can be used at FlexInfoNet:
Visa, Visa-Electron, Master Card, JCB, American Express, Danish Dankort and Visa/Dankort.
     
Safety
FlexInfoNet has been approved by the Danish "Payment Business Services" (PBS) and observes all rules and regulations regarding shopping on the internet.

FlexInfoNet uses QuickPay as its supplier of payment software. QuickPay uses SSL encryption to ensure that all information stays confidential.
To increase the safety level you must also type in the CVC (Card Verification Code) on your credit card when shopping.

Reservations
The website may have wrong pricing or written mistakes.
The customer right to withdraw from a transaction
The customer has the right to cancel within 14 days on condition that the files have not been downloaded.

Personal information
Any personal information given to FlexInfoNet at a purchase will never be forwarded to a third party. All information is strictly kept in the property of FlexInfoNet. Only entrusted employees at FlexInfoNet have access to customer information.
No information from the credit card is saved when purchasing at FlexInfoNet. All information is strictly transferred via encrypt SSL connections.
Information like name, address and email is necessary according to Danish legislations. The IP-address from where a purchased is made is also stored. This information is only used in case of forgery. Any forgery will be reported to the police.

If you subscribe to the newsletter you will be asked for your email address so that FlexInfoNet can send you the newsletter and contact you regarding any changes in the service.
