A practical audit form, which is filled in during the actual 5S audit.

The total score is transferred to a scoreboard to see the development.

The audit form has 6 measuring parameters.

The 6 measuring parameters

1. Safety. 
2. Physical work places.
3. Floor.
4. Marking of boxes and racks.
5. Cleaning standards.
6. 5S trolley.
   There are two versions of the audit scheme. In the second the sixth parameter is the PC, boards and instructions.

The 5S trolley is a centrally placed trolley/rack/? containing all the necessary equipment to maintain and improve the 5S level.

5S audit procedure

The sequence of a 5S audit:

1. "The 5S patrol" meets. This patrol consists of selected operators from each department. 
2. The patrol audits all departments. The score per parameter is either bad, acceptable or good - 1, 3 or 5 points.
3. The total score per department is transferred to the scoreboard.

No computer is required.
